About the Centre - Background

Reiki Universal Training Centre was established in 1995 in response to a demand for qualified teachers in Reiki - the type of healing that is based on using life force energy. Reiki is the power which acts and lives in all created matter. Reiki not only heals diseases, but also amplifies innate abilities, balances the spirit, makes the body healthy, and thus helps achieve happiness.

The Centre's Head Office is in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, but Patricia Ann travels across western Canada, teaching a variety of courses organized through colleges, hospitals, and community centers - wherever there is a demand.

Stories of the healing benefits that have resulted from the use of Reiki and Therapeutic Touch from both students and clients, are legion. Patricia remains in awe of the natural wonder of the healing powers inherent in each individual, and to the good that can be achieved through positive intent and knowledge of proper technique.
